Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions, pre-orders, and other special purchase options offered by Birds Coffee Co. ("Birds Coffee", "we", "our", or "us").
Coffee Subscriptions
If you purchase a coffee subscription, you authorize Birds Coffee Co. to charge your selected payment method for recurring deliveries based on the frequency you choose during checkout.
Subscription options may include monthly, bi-weekly, or other recurring delivery schedules.
Your payment information is securely stored and processed by our payment providers through Shopify.
Managing Your Subscription
You may pause, modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at birdsecoffeeco@gmail.com.
Changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
Once a subscription order has been processed, roasted, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, Birds Coffee Co. may offer pre-orders for upcoming coffee releases, reserve coffees, limited lots, or special products that are not yet available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you reserve inventory from a future production or arrival date.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to fulfillment or shipment.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, roasted, packed, or shipped, it becomes subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Limited Releases and Reserve Coffees
Certain coffees may be offered as limited releases, reserve offerings, auction lots, or micro-lot selections with extremely limited availability.
Because these coffees are sourced and allocated in very small quantities, all sales of these products are final once fulfillment has begun.
Try Before You Buy
Birds Coffee Co. does not currently offer any trial, try-before-you-buy, or approval-based purchasing programs.
Should these programs become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
