At Birds Coffee Co., we roast and ship our coffee with freshness in mind. Our goal is to get exceptional Kenyan coffee to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Freshly Roasted Coffee
Many of our coffees are roasted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Because of this, certain coffees may require additional processing time before shipment. If there are significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
We may periodically offer free shipping promotions or minimum order thresholds for free shipping.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination but generally range from 2-7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government.
Birds Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Birds Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at birdsecoffeeco@gmail.com. We can only make address changes before an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Birds Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.
We will gladly assist in filing claims or locating packages whenever possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
